You will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

In Memoriam Donations

If you wish to make a donation in memory of a child who has died, we will send an acknowledgment of your donation to the parents or family. Please provide the child's name and the parents' names and contact information at the time of donation. The fund brochure provides a form for this type of donation.

Butterfly Pins

Glass butterfly pins are available for sale in the Providence Newberg Medical Center gift shop at 1001 Providence Dr, Newberg, OR. All proceeds benefit the Nora Madelyn Fund. The pins are $25 each and were designed by Greg Lewis of Greg Lewis Studio, who designed the butterfly sculpture memorial for the healing garden and has graciously donated his design work to this fundraising project.
