Introduction
A ceremony was held on July 22, 2006 to dedicate the Nora Madelyn Fund for Infant and Child Loss memorial. The memorial is located in the healing garden at the Providence Newberg Medical Center.
Hospital Chaplain Rev. Gregg Selander led the ceremony, blessing the memorial as a place of love and healing for all those who have lost children.
The memorial is a butterfly sculpture, created in fused glass by Portland artist Greg Lewis.
Situated in a quiet area of the healing garden, the memorial provides a place for introspection and reflection.
Dedicated in memory of Nora, Andrew, Baby Girl A and Baby Girl B, Daniel, Mitchell, Lisa, Ron, and babies and children lost too soon.
